These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and Customers.
The store sells handmade products and household items at retail.

Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order.

Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
- Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store’s website.
To place an order, the Customer must provide accurate and complete information.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The prices shown in the store are gross prices (including VAT), unless otherwise stated.
- Payments
The available payment methods are indicated on the store’s website during the ordering process.
An order is sent for processing once payment has been credited to the Seller’s account (in the case of prepayment).
- Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the order.
The order processing time is provided in the product description.
Delivery costs are shown during the ordering process.
- Right of Withdrawal
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should notify the Seller by email.
The product should be returned in an undamaged condition.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Complaints
The Seller is liable for product defects in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints should be submitted by email, describing the defect and attaching photographs (if possible).
Complaints are considered within 14 days.
- Handmade Products
The products offered in the store are handmade using natural materials.
Each product may vary slightly in color, texture, or shape; this does not constitute a product defect.
- Personal Data
Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to process the order.
- Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the store’s website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
