Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European Union regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered product, without giving any reason.

Returning a Product
The product must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
The returned product should be:
unused,
undamaged,
in its original condition,
properly packaged for transportation.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
the refund will be issued no later than within 14 days,
funds will be refunded using the same payment method that was used when placing the order (unless otherwise agreed).
Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
products made to individual order or personalized products,
products that, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return after opening,
products showing signs of use.
Complaints
If the product received is defective or damaged:
please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment,
complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
